THE ROOFTOP

The best rooftop in Jersey City, Porta's top floor is a completely private space featuring two full bars with large-screen TVs, its own pizza oven, and private restrooms. Let the city be the perfect backdrop for your wedding, corporate meeting, non-profit fundraiser, photo shoot, or after party. For smaller parties, you can also reserve half of the roof, each with their own bar. And just a block from the Grove Street PATH station, it's easily accessible from Hoboken or Manhattan.

Celebrate your next event with the whole Porta family in our communal main dining room. Reserve one of our signature reclaimed-wood tables (or the entire space) for a lively gathering of friends or a business dinner.

THE MONK ROOM

Tucked underneath the stairs to the main dining room, The Monk Room is the perfect little nook for your private get-together. Complete with its own full bar with large-screen TVs and separate access from Columbus Drive, The Monk Room is ideal for small wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, birthday/anniversary parties, and seated dinners.


EVENT PACKAGE FAQS

  • Events are not considered booked until the deposit is paid.

  • Due to seasonal ingredients, all menus are subject to change. You will be the first to be notified of any changes to our menu and if these changes conflict with your dining selections.

  • Soft drinks, silverware in rustic white napkins, and white china are included in pricing.

  • We are more than happy to offer burlap table runners, candles, and seasonal floral arrangements at an additional cost, depending on the size of your party.

  • You are also welcome to bring in your own decorations to help match the room to the theme of your event.
